Job Description Sabre Common Translator (SCT) is one of Sabre’s critical back-end systems responsible for connecting to and handling messages from content providers including airlines, hotels and car rental companies. It also enables external customers to consume Sabre content. Our work plays important part of Sabre open systems program and supports several key projects including airline cutovers, migrations and technology cost savings initiatives. Dutes / Responsibilities Works closely with external organizations/customers on defining connectivity requirements and specifications based on suppliers’ capabilities as well as industry standards. Works with development team on daily basis, defines and accepts user stories Coordinates work among all teams involved in connectivity setup (Network, Applications, Middleware) Provides support for development team by analyzing customer issues. Proposes solutions to solve problems considering existing systems’ capabilities/limitations, stakeholders’ needs and constraints. Sets and manages scope for projects Provide guidance and coordinate work of other TPMs Job Requirements Required Ability to perform systems analysis and manage multiple projects workload; explain and document requirements in a clear, concise manner Ability to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and designing solutions, technical background required Very good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Knowledge about Product Life Cycle Very good English 5 years’ experience in similar role Project Management knowledge Quality Assurance skills Desired Knowledge of EDIFACT protocol Experience in airline reservation systems Why is it worth working with us?
