Job Description The Travel Solutions department offers a broad range of software and data solutions to help airlines and travel agencies market themselves, sell products, serve customers and operate more efficiently. It provides both airline reservations systems and a global distribution system, and a full suite of marketing and commercial planning software and enterprise operations solutions. With the development of the organization we are now looking for a Technical Product Manager / Business Analyst responsible for Supplier Orchestration Engine (SOE) platform responsible for integrating Low Cost Carriers in areas of availability, shopping, merchandising, PNR, ticketing just to name a few. Responsibilities Delineates requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains (within Sabre and between Sabre and its customer) on high profile and/or mission-critical efforts and projects. Gather requirements - work with stakeholders and other teams to identify/explore requirements Document requirements in comprehensive User Stories that include all features describing "what" needs to be delivered and Acceptance Criteria that describes the required functionalities Complete a functional breakdown of the solution to be developed and build epic or "mid-level" stories for each feature in the solution. Work with the developers to discuss and clarify User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Prepare draft of the solution documentation for the end users Work closely with stakeholders to identify priorities, assess the risk and technical difficulty of the features and integrate those priorities with business priorities Ensure customer expectations and business demands/commitments are satisfied with final deliverables Own the projects and domain knowledge documentation Help with problems diagnosis in Sabre Web Services systems Job Requirements Ability to gather and track requirements for a complex software project, supported by a proven track record of previous projects. Fast learning and ability to work independently on complex tasks. Analytic thinking and writing – ability to ask the right questions and document the answers clearly. Experience in writing User Stories and defining Acceptance Criteria. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Very good teamwork and interpersonal skills. Nice to have Basic knowledge of XML and Web Services. Experience with Sabre Host applications, such as Shopping, Pricing, Ticketing/AER, and Payment Solutions. Good knowledge of risk/scope management and Agile software development.
